FINDII~S (~ FAC~ <br />CC~DITIO~L OSE PE~RT <br /> <br />1. That M~. Richard Du~an, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for a conditional use permit to manufacture steel <br />horseshoes in the B-1 Business IHstrict. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />C~sioa for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the City <br />Code on March 3, 1987 and that said public hearing was properly advertised <br />and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a <br />part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally known as 6250 Front Street N.W. <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point <br />of intersection of the Southwesterly line of State Trunk Highway No. <br />10 and the Northwesterly line of Poplar Drive as platted in Dckenson's <br />Mississippi Estate on file and of record in the officer of Registrar <br />of Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence Southwesterly along the <br />Northwesterly line of said Poplar Drive, a distance of 410.75 feet; <br />thence Nortl~esterly on a line to be hereafter described as line "A: <br />which is run to a point in the Westerly line of Dickenson's <br />Mississippi Estate extended North, distant 219.6 feet North from the <br />Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said plat to a point of intersection with <br />a line dr~n parallel with and 200 feet distant as measured along <br />Southwesterly line of said State ~ighway from Nrothwesterly line of <br />said Poplar Drive, which is ctual point of beginning of land to be <br />described; thence continuing Northwesterly along said line "A" to a <br />point of intersection with the Easterly line of the following <br />described tract of land: Commenc~ at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 <br />of said Dickenson's Mississippi Estate: thence due North on the <br />extended West line of LOt 1, a distance of 161.6 feet to place of <br />beginning of following triangular tract of land; thence continuing <br />due North, a distance of 205.1 feet, thence South 70 degrees 27 <br />minutes East, 67.4 feet; thence South 19 degrees 33 minutes West, a <br />distance of 194 feet, more or less, to place of beginning; thence <br />Northeasterly along said Easterly line of above-described triangular <br />tract of land and its extension Northerly, if necessary, to a point of <br />intersection with a line parallel with and 256 feet Southwesterly from <br />the Southwesterly line of said State Highway; thence Southeasterly <br />along said parallel line a distance of 200 feet; thence Southwesterly <br />to the actual point of beginning, except from the above described <br />tract the Southeasterly 25 feet as measured along the Nrotheasterly <br />and Sout~esterly lines thereof together with easement of record. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the B-1 Business District and <br />is approximately .75 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />manufacture steel horseshoes on the subject property. <br /> <br />6.
