If request is financially feasible, <br />fiscal consultants ray reom~su~cjest possible <br />structure(s) for financing request. <br /> <br />~efer to City's bond counsel for review as to legal <br />fea~ibility. If request is legally feasible, ~on~ <br />counsel will detenrine whether tax increrent docurents <br />need to be ~odified and/or public hea~in9 process is <br />necessary. WLll the request, allow the expansion/retention of <br /> a local k~mir~ss? <br /> <br /> <br />
