Norris, Cc~mmity Develo~t Director <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. John Myrdal is reques_ting a metes and bounds subdivision of his parcel <br />located on Bowers Drive along the Mississippi River. Mr. Myrdal presently <br />owns Lots 18, 19 and 20 of Bowers Mississippi Acres. Presently, a house is <br />located on part of Lots 19 and 20. Mr. Myrdal is requesting a metes and <br />bounds subdivision to reconfigure Lot 19 so that it will include all of the <br />driveway to the existing house. Mr. Myrdal is proposing to construct a <br />house on Lot 18 and that part of Lot 19 intended for metes and bounds <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Myrdal's property is located in the Critical Rivers Overlay District <br />and any subdivisions in this area are subject to DNR review and approval. <br />Mr. Myrdal has discussed his request with John Stine of the DNR.
