Mr. Bertils stated that he was told by the <br />City Engineer that staff would address that one rod of property. Ms. <br />Norris stated that she thinks the intent of the City Engineer's comments <br />was that the Road and Bridge Committee are reviewing the MSA system and <br />whether or not 167th will r~nain on that system. Commissioner Zimmerman <br />suggested that Mr. Bertils find out whether or not the City Engineer needs <br />additional soil borings. Mr. Bertils requested a meeting with Ms. Norris <br />and the City Engineer; F~. Norris agreed. <br /> <br />FDtion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Shu~way, LaDue, H(~ell and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell <br />requesting that the City Engineer provide the Commission with a simplified <br />formula for determining drainage requirements during preliminary plat <br />review processes. <br /> <br />Amendment by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Cc~missioner Hendriksen to <br />request that the City Engineer also address and clarify the policy on <br />temporary and permanent dead end streets and cul-de-sacs with respect to <br />accessing future develo~nent. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Site Plan Review For Car Wash Development In <br /> River's Bend Plaza P.U.D.: Case Of Northern Par Development <br /> Company: <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg of Northern Par Develoi~nent Company was present. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that Northern Par is requesting site plan review <br />of a proposed 6-bay car wash in the River's Bend Plaza P.U.D. on the east <br />side of Hwy. #47. <br /> <br />Commissioners Zi~erman and Deemer brought up concerns with traffic and <br />width of access to the Plaza. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that those issues are being pursued by the City Engineer <br />as a part of the tax increment financing participation in the P.U.D. <br />itself. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />r~d approval of Northern Par Develolm~ent Company's request for site <br />plan review for the car wash in River's Bend Plaza P.U.D. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Shu~way, Zi~erman, P~well, Hendriksen and LaDue.
