CASE #2: <br /> <br />CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO ZCNING MAP REZONING PROPER~Y FROM <br /> R1-R I~3RAL RESIDENTIAL TO R1-U URBAN RESIDENTIAL <br /> By: Anne Norris, Co~unity Develo~t Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, the Commission scheduled a public hearing on the proposed <br />rezoning of Mr. Schaumburg's 13 acre parcel located off of Sunfish Lake <br />Drive N.W. from the R-1R Rural Residential district to the R-1U Urban <br />Residential district. Mr. Schaumburg has requested that the Commission <br />consider rezoning this parcel so that it corresponds with the zoning of the <br />adjacent 80 acre parcel to the east that Mr. Schaumburg also owns. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) Properties notified <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Commission requested that I obtain information regarding the intent of <br />the City Council at the time Mr. Schaumburg acquired this parcel.
