Council approved a preliminary plat of Autumn Heights with 4 equally <br />sized lots and a cul-de-sac that exceeds the City's specifications. <br /> <br />9. Council requested that Mr. Barthold complete the minor subdivision and <br />requested that a road be constructed to serve both parcels. <br /> <br />10. Council approved a develolmnent permit for Plants and Things. <br /> <br />11. Council set a meeting date for February 10, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. to <br />discuss airport zoning and possible construction of a frontage road along <br />the south side of Hwy. %10. <br /> <br />Cc~missioner Deemer noted that Welch Auto Body on Cty.
