Councilmenber DeLuca stated that there seem to be items brought up at <br />Council meetings that are not adequately being followed up and placed on <br />subsequent agendas for further discussion, i.e., policy regarding pole <br />barns in Ramsey, necessary action to have commission vacancy filled, <br />discussion regarding timetable for appointments/reappointments to <br />conm~ssions, status of repairs to community sign, proper procedure for <br />displaying U.S. Flag. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he has ordered a oontractor to repair the communi~ <br />sign; lights have been ordered to light the U.S. Flag after sunset. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adjourn the regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmamber COx inquired as to when Councilmembers <br />will be making their 1987 goal statements. Mayor Reimann stated that goal <br />statements can be made at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
