RAMSEY, MINNESOTA On March , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Charles Christian for the operation of a vehicle storage and automobile sales operation from the property at 9457 Hwy. %10 N.W. in the RB Rural Business District. This property is legally describedas follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey Commercial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided on the site. 2. That a sales office structure will be constructed by June 1, 1987. This building shall be constructed in accordance with the architectural controls for the business districts and shall meet the standards of the State statutes for size for automobile sales. 3. There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted from the business or in conjunction with the business. 4. There shall be no more than on the site. automobiles for sale at any one time 5. The surfacing shall be completed by September 1, 1987. 7. The Applicant shall obtain any local and State licenses required before selling any vehicles from the property. 8. All signs erected on the premises shall be in accordance with Section 170.05 of the City Code. 9. There shall be no parking of any vehicles on any highway right-of-way. 10.
