Regular Park and Recreation Cc~mission meeting minutes dated November 13, <br />1986. <br /> <br />~SSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />~: _Appo_ int Chairman and Vice Chairman <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />appoint KenPeterson to serveasChairmanof the PlanningandZoning Commission <br />for 1987 and Gerry Zimmerman to serve as Vice Chairman of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for 1987. · <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, Zimmerman and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: <br />Cc~missioner Howell. <br /> <br />Schedule _Special Planning and Zoning_ Commission Meeting_ <br /> <br />Motion by Co~missioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />schedule a special Planning and Zoning C~ssion meeting for Tuesday, January <br />20, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review the site plan <br />for commercial develot~nent proposed for River's Bend Plaza P.U.D. and any cases <br />left from tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, Zimmerman and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case {3: Request for Preliminary Plat Approval of Now and Then Estates: <br /> Case of Mr. Paul Bertils <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Bertils was present and stated that he had not yet received soil <br />borings for the plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Sh~nway and seconded by C~sioner Zinunerman to table <br />action on Mr. Bertils' request until soil borings have been provided to the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Cc~missioner Hendriksen c~mmented on the Park Commission <br />review of the plat.
