Absent: <br /> <br />Case ~5: Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision~ Case of Mr. William <br /> <br />Mr. Lester Carlson was present representing Mr. Loucks and explained Mr. <br />ioucks' request to split the homestead from the remainder of the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend approval of Mr. Loucks' request for a metes and bounds subdivision as <br />the subdivision will separate the properties at a natural boundary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Zimmerman, Deemer, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: <br />Cc~missioner Howell. <br /> <br />Request for Concept Review of Planned Unit Development Proposal; <br />Case of Mr. Art Raudio <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio reviewed his proposal with the Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner De~ner and seconded by C~ssioner Hendriksen to table <br />discussion on Mr. Raudio's proposal until later in the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, Zimmerman and Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case ~7: Review of Minor Subdivision of Meadowbrook: Case of Mr. Gary <br /> <br />The Cc~ssion noted Mr. Petrucci's final plat of M~adowbrook and discussed the <br />Park Commission's action. <br /> <br />Case ~8: Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision: Case of Mr. Gerald <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer explained that he is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision in <br />order to purchase approximately 4,000 square feet from Lot 6 to add to Lot 3, <br />Block 10 Ford Brook Estates in order to improve the building site on Lot 3. <br />The Cc~ssion c~mmented that the subdivision would be creating two substandard <br />lots. The Cc~ssion also noted that Lot 3 appeared to need a great deal of <br />fill. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to <br />reco~m~_nd denial of Mr. Bauer's request for a metes and bounds subdivision as <br />it would create two substandard lots. <br /> <br />Motin carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, Zimmerman and Shumway. Voting no: None.
