OON~CT~O~ 00~~, INC. <br />7950 ~r.~ ~0AD N.W. <br /> <br />On February __, 1987 approval was issued by the Ramsey City Council to <br />Construction Consultants representing Blue Max for the construction of an <br />office/retail/manufacturing structure in the B-1 Business District on the <br />property at 7950 Riverdale Road N.W., which property is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 5, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. ~.~]e conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the structure shall be constructed of concrete block and the <br />facade shall be finished with decorative block panels. <br /> <br />2. The site shall be landscaped as shown in the attached site plan. <br /> <br />3. ~he structure shall be used for office, retail and manufacturing space° <br /> <br />4. Landscaping and blacktopped off-street parking shall be provided as <br />shc~n in the landscape and parking plan.'s~itted. <br /> <br />5. All disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. ' ' <br /> <br />6. Any on-site sewage disposal systems shall be constructed in accordance <br />with the specifications of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />7.
