Norris, Community Develolment Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, Mr. Art Raudio has had numerous discussions with the <br />C(m~nission regarding his proposal for a planned unit development south of <br />149th Avenue N.W. and west of Cty. Rd. ~!~56 for residential development with <br />h~e occupations. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the foll~ving items: <br /> <br />a) f~ite location map <br />b) Prolmsed site plan <br />c) Proposed covenants and restrictions for the develol~nent <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />At your last meeting, you directed certain revisions of the proposed covenants <br />to be discussed at the next meeting. The City Attorney and I have discussed <br />this proposal and don't feel we have enough expertise to adequately address all <br />the issues.
