PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF R~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />was called to order by Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, at 7:32 <br />P.M., February 3, 1981. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Harry Ellis <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Ronald West <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Gerald Zin~nerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official, Clayton Berg <br /> <br />PUBLIC }{EARING: <br /> <br />Mr.. Sidney Schaumburg, owner of 80 acres of landlocked land, <br />described as: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sec%ion 26 <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />is purchasing 12 acres of land from Mr. John Thorne, 14744 <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd., N.W. The existing use of the land is <br />~farming and no building is requested at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Schaumburg stated he wanted the co~nussion to acknowledge <br />he bought the right of way and made it 100 feet.wide. <br /> <br /> There were no further comments by the public. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Ronald West and seconded by Arthur Dunn to approve <br />the minutes of the Planning and Zoning public hearing of <br />January 6, 1981 regarding the preliminary plat HY-10 Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mohion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Ronald <br />West, Arthur Dunn, Benjamin Deemer.
