Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />approve the final plat of PONENALE ESTATES conditioned on the following: <br /> <br />Complete compliance with the City Engineer's letter dated February 20, 1981. <br /> <br />b) Payment of the park fee in the amount of $2,090.00. <br /> <br />c) Payment of all property taxes due on the subject parcel, through <br /> taxes owed in 1980 plus penalty and interest. <br /> <br />d) Final plat to show as dedicators all individual ovmers and <br /> mortgagees of record. ' <br /> <br />e) Developer to provide to the City a quit claim deed granting to the City <br /> a temporary easement for the 150th Lane Cul de sac. <br /> <br />f) Developer 'to provide a quit claim deed from Wm. Aydt <br /> and wife in order to eli~Mnate the City Attorney's title objection <br /> <br />g) Executed performance contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Mr. Schaumburg owns an eighty acre tract of land that is land locked and it <br />abuts the Thorne property.
