CASE #10 : <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION RMGARDING PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS <br />By.' Anne L. Norris, Community Develotm~nt Director <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On January 27, the City Council adopted a resolution calling a public hearing <br />for February 24, 1987 in order to consider modifications to Development <br />District II1 and Tax Increment Financing District #2. The City Council would <br />like to expand these districts to include Altron's property. If Altron <br />expands, the City Council has proposed that the City may participate in site <br />improvements for the expansion.
