Pd~UEST FOR PRELI~ PLAT ~ OF ~ MEADOWS; <br /> CASE OF ~L KEN J0~NSON <br /> By: Anne Norris, ~uity Develotm~nt Director <br /> <br />CASE ~3: <br /> <br />~c~round: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Johnson is requesting preliminary plat .approval of the twenty acres <br />located north of the Aut~m~n Heights subdivision off of Nutria Street N.W. The <br />parcel is located in the R1-R Residential District and the proposed plat <br />consists of four single family residential lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson is proposing to extend Nutria Street from the existing temporary <br />cul-de-sac in Autumn Heights in accordance with the City Code. In addition, <br />Mr. Johnson will provide a 66' easement from the end of the cul-de-sac up to <br />the north boundary of the property for any future development at such time as <br />additional access is provided to the property. In addition, Mr. Johnson is <br />providing a 33' easement along the northern boundary of the plat for a future <br />roadway. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a map showing Mr. Johnson's parcel. Mr. <br />Johnson or his representative will be available at the meeting with a proposed <br />plat for this property. <br /> <br />Cbservations: <br /> <br />As you recall, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. Johnson's <br />proposed plat for 8 lots on this property.
