The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Tuesday, December 16, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman (arrived at 7:50 p.m.) <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> <br />Mr. Terry ~e~driksen <br />Mr. Chuck LaDue <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim~k~ell <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Develolmm_nt Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner }~well and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to add Ms. <br />Ella P~mraning's request for a metes and bounds subdivision as Case #3. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, and Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: Chair]man Peterson, <br />Co~missioner Howell. <br /> <br />C(mmtission consensus was to approve the agenda as amended. <br /> <br />~SSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case 91: Requ_ est for Metes and Bounds Subdivision: Case of Mr. Joel Thomsen <br /> <br />Mr. Thomsen was present and explained his request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivision of 16 acres along County Road No. 5. The existing parcel is <br />approximately 16 acres, Mr. Thomsen would like to split the parcel into two <br />eight acre paroels with approximately 275 feet of frontage each on County Road <br />NooSo <br /> <br />C~ssioner Deemer asked if a common access from County Road No. 5 would be <br />acceptable to Mr. Thomsen.
