Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Rartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney Yilliam Goodrich <br />Conmunity Develo~nent Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Craczyk <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at ?:35 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />~TIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Nendriksen - lS631 Ramsey Blvd. - Requested Council to add discussion <br />of the approved installation of a culvert on lS6th and Hematite to the agenda <br />[or designation as a priority item to be accomplished yet this year. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that it was not necessary to add this case to the agenda <br />for discussion and directed that the Public Works Department install the <br />culvert as soon as possible. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case tlS: Discussion Regarding Anoka County Business Assistance Netvork <br /> Case ~16: Authorization To Proceed With Airport Zoning <br /> Case i17: Revie~ Dates For Various Upcoming Meetings <br /> <br /> Case ~18: Addition To Bills List (Billing From Deloitte, Haskins And <br /> Sells For Auditing Services In The Amount Of ~1500) <br /> <br /> Mayor/Council Input - Discussion regarding abandoned homes and minimu~ <br /> City Council/November 25, 1986 <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
