Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Project Information on Cases <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staff to include maps of projects being reviewed by the Council and <br />information regarding where the funds are coming from, in addition to information about what <br />thc businesses do. This information could all be included in a synopsis at the end of the cases. <br /> <br />2) Trotbrook Cemetery <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired if staff has followed through regarding the work at Trotbrook Cemetery. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson replied staff is in the midst of that project. There has been <br />some maintenance work going on with volunteer groups. Staff is working with Hakanson <br />Anderson. <br /> <br />There is a map that has not been reconciled with what is in the ground yet. <br /> <br />Councihnember Cook inquired if there will be numbered markers put in. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson replied each of the plots will be comer marked and a record <br />will be filed at the county. <br /> <br />3) Joiut Park Board Meeting <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak asked if the joint meeting with the Park Board be televised. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied it is scheduled on QCTV. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig requested staff to make sure there is plenty of microphones and coverage. <br /> <br />4) Tobacco Free Parks <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reported he has received correspondence from other cities and counties in regards <br />to tobacco fi'ee parks. Other cities are debating and were surprised Ramsey acted as quickly as <br />they did.
