Ms. Norris <br />stated that in response to earlier concerns with accesses, a temporary <br />easement along the northern boundary cf Lot 1, Block 3 to Ct5,. Rd. f"5 has <br />been provided until there is another access to the plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution ~'87-247 approving the final plat of Now and Then Estates <br />contingent upon providing informatiot, required by the City Engineer in hi~ <br />letter d~ted October 13, 1987. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Re~olution ~£7-247) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ase 6'6: Status Of Park Imvrovements At Central Park And Eiver'~ Lend <br /> Par}:: <br /> <br />Central Park - <br /> <br />Merland Ott.'_, consulting engineer, stated that the Ramsey Lions are L. aving <br />problems getting bids for ~'a~--ming house construction; if a contractor and <br />price are not agreed upon ~'ithin one week, the construction should be <br />delayed until the spring of 1988. If the warnning house is not constructed <br />thi~ 5'ear, alternative provisions for the lighting of hockey rinks and <br />a well will have to be made for ~-inter. Grading of parking lots is almost <br />co~p!et~; hockey rinks have been =inishe~Z graded and lumber has been <br />delivered. Mr. Otto noted that there have been a lot of donations made <br />to~'ards Central Park improvements; the city's expenditure thus far, not <br />including engineering =ees, is <br /> . =~..e.~m=~e~.~ $12,500. ~.
