Fournier <br />Z <br />Z <br />It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation <br />z for Paul Fournier. <br />O <br />I- <br />I have known Paul for the past four years --as an executive with <br />the U.O.P. Johnson Company in New Brighton; as President of the <br />m New Brighton Chamber of Commerce; and as a citizen active in <br />w City Government and Community Affairs. <br />Z <br />Paul was instrumental in shaping the Chamber of Commerce from <br />z a stagnant, floundering organization into a Chamber now very <br />w <br />active in helping businesses throughout the City. <br />D <br />w Paul helped organize the City's first Community Development <br />> Commission which has stimulated several new businesses and <br />Q development in New Brighton. Paul was also very active in a <br />movement that combined private sector and public sector efforts <br />LO <br />in the City's quest for designation of "Star City" by the State <br />0 of Minnesota.
