PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a continuation of the June 23, 1987 City <br />Council meeting on June 30, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Re imann <br /> <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox (arrived 7:08 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br />Public Works Superintendent Merle Mevissen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the continuation meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Case #11 of the Consent Agenda was changed to Case #23 of Council <br />Business. <br /> <br />Case #8 of the Consent Agenda will be approving partial pay estimate <br />rather than final pay estimate for Project #86-15 (153rd Avenue 5~) to <br />H&S Asphalt Company. <br /> <br />(Councilmember Cox arrived at this time.) <br /> <br />Delete Case #22 under Council Business (Request for payment of <br />easement relating to Roanoke Street NW improvement project; case of <br />Jerry and Kay Rachel.) <br /> <br />Add Consent Agenda Case #15 from the June 23, 1987 agenda (Adopt <br />resolution accepting bids and awarding contract for Rum River Plaza <br />Site Improvement Project #87-22.) <br /> <br />Motion carried.
