Voting No: None. <br />' • • • 1 • 1 • • • • : • �� : • • • • • <br />• • • • • I - • I • • u • <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson was present, referred to the ordinance <br />Council adopted on June 23, 1987 adopting the UBC and SBC codes and noted <br />some changes to the ordinance language that Council should have been made <br />aware of June 23. <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />amend the language in Ordinance 087-3 adopting 1985 Uniform Building Code <br />and 1987 State Building Code, pursuant to the recommendations of the <br />Building Official, as follows: <br />Page 2 - Item 14.a - Should read as follows: 'UBC Appendix Chapters <br />7 and 70 except 6 and 8 of 7003.' <br />Page 2 - Item 15 - Delete and designate Item `16 as #15. <br />Page 3 - Item F.ii - Should read as follows: 'The heating permit fee <br />for commercial/industrial buildings shall be $25.00 or one percent <br />(1`6) of the heating and air conditioning system valuation, whichever <br />is greater.' <br />Motion carried.
