(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution f87-152) . <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, DeLuca and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br />Case f2: Discussion Regarding Key Communicator Program: <br />Claudia Dodge, Ramsey Community Education Director, and Tom Holton, Area 1 <br />Key Communicator Director, were present to review the purposes of a Key <br />Communicator Program and their proposal to establish such a program in <br />Ramsey. It was also noted that many Ramsey children attend Sandburg Middle <br />School and the proposal for a Key Communicator program would also include <br />increasing community education services at Sandburg. <br />Council directed that the proposal for establishing a Key Communicator <br />Program and increasing community education services at Sandburg be referred <br />to the Budget Committee for their recommendations. <br />Council recessed at 8:48 p.m. <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 8:58 p.m. <br />Case Yf3: Schedule Public Hearings For Airport Zoning And Tax Increment <br />Financine• <br />Mr. Merland Otto was present requesting that Council establish a date for <br />the second public hearing regarding airport zoning. The purpose of the <br />hearing is to adopt airport zoning. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #87-153 establishing the second airport zoning public hearing <br />for 7:30 p.m. on July 29, 1987 at Ramsey Municipal Center.
