It was noted that this case should have been referred to as 'final plat <br />approval' rather than 'preliminary plat approval'. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cox to table <br />final plat approval of Pineview Estates Second Addition until the August 11, <br />1987 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~a3e #7,A: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Aooroval Of Pine Cove; Case Of Mr, <br /> Gilbert Menkveld: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he just received information regarding <br />Pine Cove final plat today and has not had the opportunity to review it. <br /> <br />Council reviewed the final plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #87-162 approving the final plat of Pine Cove contingent upon <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer, City Attorney and <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. (Refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />fi87-162). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat A~roval Of Flintwood Hill~ <br />Addition; Case Of Mr. Art Raudi$; <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann inquired as to the number of driveways there will be onto <br />Dysprosium. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that the original plan was for 24 single <br />family lots with one driveway for every 4 units; the revised plan is for 12 <br />single family lots with one driveway for every 2 units. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox inquired if the covenants indicates that Dysprosium will <br />be a through street. <br /> <br />Mr. Raud'io stated that it has been his understanding that Dysprosium has <br />always been intended as a through street and he hasn't told anybody any <br />differently. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution ~87-163 approving the final plat of Flintwood Hills 4th <br />Addition contingent upon the developer entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. (Refer to resolution file for Resolution ~87- <br />163). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
