The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPGA) identifies these items as regulated waste materials that need to be removed prior to demolition for special waste disposal. The inventory as provided is a reasonable representation of the regulated materials present on the site at the time of the inspection. No fuel tanks or wells were visibly identified at this site. No below grade probing was conducted.
