Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#16-08-143 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br /> THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS OUTLOT A,A.E.C. ENERGY PARK <br /> FOURTH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Knoll, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br /> vacation of a portion of drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the <br /> City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> (the"Subject Property") <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the approved easement vacation is contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as <br /> KNOLL PROPERTIES. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled KNOLL <br /> PROPERTIES is recorded. <br /> a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property <br /> for a portion of drainage and utility easements conveyed as part of the plat known as A.E.C. <br /> ENERGY PARK FOURTH ADDITION Anoka County,Minnesota and depicted on the <br /> attached Exhibit A. <br /> b. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement <br /> Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled KNOLL PROPERTIES is properly <br /> recorded with Anoka County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23'day <br /> of August,2016. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
