Norris, C~m~mity Develolm~nt Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Carson is requesting a variance from the side yard requirement for <br />the property at 14129 Barium Street N.W. This property is located in the R-1U <br />Residential district. Section 170.016B of the City Code requires a minimum <br />side yard of 10 feet. Due to an error in staking, a building permit was <br />approved and issued and a home was built on the property.
