Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 26, <br />1987, at 7:30 p.m..at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Lyle <br />McLaughlin of River's Bend Property for a variance from Section <br />170.016B of the City Code to construct a residential structure <br />which encroaches on the required side yard of ten (10) feet by <br />approximately five (5) feet. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 14707 Waco Street N.W. <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 16, Block 6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />con,nat on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
