Beginning at the northwest corner of <br />said northwest quarter ~f the southwest quarter, then east (n <br />the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the <br />westerly line of public road now knc~m as State Highway %47, <br />then sou~h t~enty-five de~rees east along the s~id westerly <br />line of said public road for a distance cf 165.50 feet, then <br />west and parallel with the said north lir~ cf the northwest <br />quarter of the southwest quarter for a distance cf 939.9 feet <br />to the west line of said northwest quarter cf the southwest <br />quarter, then north for a distance of 150 feet to the place of <br />beginning, subject to easement of ~ural Cooperative Power <br />Association dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br />~is variance wa tssu~ l~rsuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />specifications of the City. <br /> <br />2. The acoessory structure shall have a design and exterior facing finish <br />which is oa~arable to the principal structure. <br /> <br />3. The height of the a~cessory structure shall not exceed 22 feet. <br /> <br />4. The accessory structure shall not be used for a residential structure. <br /> <br />~r. Jeff Erikson hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will <br />c~ply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
