H.W. <br /> ~S~f, HIHI~SOTA <br /> <br />On ~ __, 1987 the Ramsay Board of Adjust~nent issued a variance from the <br />maximum height allowance for accessory structures to Hr. Jeff Erikson for <br />the property at 15270 st. Francis Blvd. H.1~., which property is legally <br />described as follows'- <br /> <br />That part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter <br />of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Hinnesota <br />described as follows. Beginning at the northwest corner of <br />said northwest quarter of the southwest quarter, then east on <br />the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the <br />westerly line of public road now known as State Highway ~47, <br />then south t~euty-five degrees east alon~ the said westerly <br />line of said public road for a distance of 165.50 feet, then <br />west and parallel with the said north line of the northwest <br />quarter of the southwest quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet <br />to the west line of said northwest quarter of the southwest <br />quarter, then north for a distance of 150 feet to the place of <br />beginnings subject to easement of Rural Cooperative Power <br />Association dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br />This variance vas issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />specifications of the City. <br /> <br />2. The accessory structure shall have a design and exterior facing finish <br />which is comparable to the facing and finish of the principal structure. <br /> <br />3. The height of the accessory structure shall not exceed __feet. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall not be used for a residential structure. <br /> <br />5. The accessory structure shall not be used for any commercial or <br />industrial activities. <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Erikson hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he viii <br />comply with the ter~s of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
