PROPOSED VARIANCE <br /> NL JOl~l FLO~E~ <br />15640 JUNIPER RL~E DRIVE <br /> RANBEI, MIRRE$OTA <br /> <br />On April 30, 1987 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from the <br />required front yard setback to Hr. John Plo,get for the property at 15640 <br />Juniper Ridge Drive N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 5, Reilley Estates, Anoka Count-y, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance vas issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied vith. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The structure shall encroach on the front yard by no more than 25 <br /> feet. <br /> <br />2.
