Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-07-137 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF COR THREE <br /> NORTH COMMONS <br /> WHEREAS, Purmort Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br /> applied for preliminary plat approval of COR THREE NORTH COMMONS on the following <br /> described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlots F, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, on June 2, 2016, the Applicant properly applied for a Major Subdivision; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 21, 2016, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br /> recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR THREE NORTH COMMONS; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2016, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for COR <br /> THREE NORTH COMMONS; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to COR THREE NORTH <br /> COMMONS, contingent upon compliance with City Staff File. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Williams, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br />
