NOTICE OF PUBLIC ~EARING <br /> <br /> CIT"f OF RAMSE"f <br /> ANOKA C OU 5"f~ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 1987, <br />at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by <br />Michael and Helen McCurry for a variance from Section 170.015G of <br />the City Code to construct a garage on their property nearer the <br />front lot line than the principal building. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 9501 Ermine Boulevard <br />N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the ~orth <br />line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />said Section 6 said point being 763.01 feet West of the <br />Northeast corner thereof; then South 1 degree, 49 minutes, <br />34 seconds East on a line parallel to the East line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of <br />698.20 feet; then Southwesterly on a curve to the right <br />having a radius of 225 feet a distance of 235.62 feet; then <br />South 58 degrees, 10 minutes, 26 seconds West a distance of <br />5.12 feet; then Southwesterly on a curve to the left having <br />a radius of 260.2 feet a distance of 534.95 feet; then South <br />59 degrees, 37 minutes, 19 seconds East a distance of 71.08 <br />feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; then <br />continue South 59 degrees, 37 minutes, 19 seconds East on <br />same described line a distance of 215 feet; then <br />Northeasterly at right angles a distance of 355.56 feet; <br />then North 58 degrees, 35 minutes, 46 seconds West a <br />distance of 152.57 feet; then North 69 degrees, 33 minutes, <br />22 seconds West a distance of 63.42 feet to a point on a <br />line bearing North 30 degrees, 22 minutes, 41 seconds East <br />from the point of beginning; then South 30 degrees, 22 <br />minutes, 41 seconds West a distance of 347.34 feet to the <br />point of beginning (subject to easement for road purposes <br />over the Southwesterly 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> <br />
