PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />MICHAEL AND HELEN McCU~¥ <br /> 9501 E]D~INE BLVD. <br /> RAHS EY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On May 28, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Section 170.015G of the City Code to Hichael and Helen gcCurry for the <br />property at 9501 Ermine Blvd. N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section <br />6, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota described <br />as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of the <br />northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 6, said <br />point being 763.01 feet west of the northeast corner thereof, <br />then south 1 degree, 49 minutes, 34 seconds east on the line <br />parallel to the east line of said northwest quarter of the <br />northwest quarter a distance of 698.20 feet, then southwesterly <br />on a curve to the right having a radius of 225 feet, a distance <br />of 235.62 feet, then south 58 degrees, 10 minutes, 26 seconds <br />west, a distance of 5.12 feet, then southwesterly on a curve to <br />the left having a radius of 260.2 feet a distance of 534.95 feet, <br />then south 59 degrees, 37 minutes, 19 seconds east, a distance of <br />71.08 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described then <br />continue south 59 degrees, 37 minutes, 19 seconds east, on same <br />described line a distance of 215 feet, then northeasterly at <br />right angles a distance of 355.56 feet, then north 58 degrees, <br />35 minutes, 46 seconds west, a distance of 152.57 feet, then <br />north 69 degrees, 33 minutes, 22 seconds west, a distance of <br />63.42 feet to a point on a line veering north 30 degrees, 22 <br />minutes, 41 seconds east from the point of beginning, then south <br />30 degrees, 22 minutes, 41 seconds west, a distance of 347.34 <br />feet to the point of beginning (subject to easement for road <br />purposes over the southwesterly 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The garage shall not encroach on the front yard by more than ~ feet. <br /> <br />The garage shall only be used to store personal automobiles, <br />recreational vehicles and other personal equipment. <br /> <br />3. The garage shall not be used for any commercial or industrial <br /> activities. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no outside storage of automobiles, recreational vehicles <br /> and other personal equipment. <br /> <br /> <br />
