JERRY I~fBERG <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Nyberg is requesting a variance in order to construct an addition <br />to his garage which is located in front of the house on his property at <br />14420 Bowers Drive N.W. Mr. Nyberg is proposing construct a 10-1/2' x 30' <br />addition to the east side of his existing garage. The addition will face <br />Bowers Drive. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br />e) Proposed plot plan <br />f) Proposed findings of fact <br />g) Proposed variance <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As the property is within the Critical River Overlay District, Mr. Nyberg's <br />request has been reviewed by John Stine of DNR.
