BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, May <br />28, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Michael and Helen McCurry's request for a variance from <br />Section 170.015G of the City Code to construct a garage nearer the front <br />lot line than the principal building. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Z immerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:42 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. McCurry was present requesting a variance to construct the garage <br />nearer the front lot line than the house on the lot.
