BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, May <br />28, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Z immerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />FALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order <br />at 7:42 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:42 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.015G of the City Code to <br />construct a garage nearer the front lot line that then principal <br />building; case of Michael and Helen McCurry. <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.015G of the City Code to <br />construct an addition to the garage located nearer the front lot <br />line than the principal building; ease of Mr. Jerry Nyberg. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting hack to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />No action was taken because there was not a quorum present.
