WAYNe- S~EDAL <br />14723 BOWERS DRIVE <br /> RAHSEY, HINNESOTA <br /> <br />On July 2, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.015G of the City Code to Mr. Wayne Swedal for the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 30, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the line between said <br />Government Lots 1 and 2 and its intersection with the <br />easterly line of Ramsey Road as platted in Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres, then North 17 degrees 40 minutes East a <br />distance of 91.5 feet, then continue along said easterly <br />line on a curve to the left with a center angle of 17 <br />degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1031.25 feet a distance <br />of 8.5 feet, then South 72 degrees 20 minutes East a <br />distance of 200 feet to a point on a line parallel with and <br />200 feet easterly of said easterly line of Ramsey Road, then <br />Southwesterly along said parallel line on a curve to the <br />right with a center angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a <br />radius of 1231.25 feet a distance of 8.5 feet, then South 17 <br />degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 91 .5 feet, then North <br />72 degrees 20 minutes a distance of 200 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing .46 acres more or less. For the <br />purposes of this description the line between Government <br />Lots 1 and 2 is assumed to bear east and west. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied. The conditions of this variance <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall not exceed 624 square feet. <br /> <br />2. The accessory structure shall be located on the lot to allow <br /> for the construction of a principal structure on that lot without <br /> encroaching on any of the required setbacks. <br /> <br />3. The accessory structure shall not be used for any commercial or <br /> industrial activities. <br /> <br />4. The accessory structure shall only be used for the storage of <br /> personal equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> <br />
