NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINC CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board,.'0f Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Robert Muller for a variance from Sections 170.015F and 170.016H of the City Code to construct s structure which will encroach on the required setback from thoroughfares. The property is legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter then South along the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 331.3 feet, then East parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, then Northerly along said centerline of highway to the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter then West along the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the point of beginning. -and - The South 94.99 feet of the North 426.29 feet (as measured along the west line) of the part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47 except road subject to easement of record. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the variance request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
