PROPOSED VARIANCE ME. ROBERT MULLER ~900 167TH AVENUE RAM~ EY, MINNESOTA On July 23, 1987 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Sections 170.015F and 170.016H of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Robert Muller allowing him to construct a commercial/retail facility which will encroach on the setback from St. Francis Blvd. on the property legally described as follows to-wit: That part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, then south along the west line of said southwest quarter of the southeast quarter a distance of 331.3 feet, then east parallel with the north line of said northwest quarter of the southeast quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway #47, then northerly along said centerline of highway to the north line of said southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, then west along the north line of said southwest quarter of the southeast quarter to the point of beginning. -and- The south 94.99 feet of the north 426.29 feet (as measured along the west line) of the part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Trunk Highway #47, except roads subject to easement of record. This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: 1. The commercial/retail structure shall not encroach on the centerline of St. Francis Blvd. by more than 27 feet. The yard between the structure and St. Francis Blvd. shall not be used for any off-street parking or storage of equipment or inventory. Mr. Robert Muller hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed the conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will comply with terms of the variance.
