NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEA2ING CITY OF RAHSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Garnett Pettersen for a variance from Sections..170.015F and 170.016A of the City Code to construct a structure which will encroach on the required setback from thoroughfares. The subject property is that portion west of County Road 56 of the property legally described as follows: The North Three-Quarters of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the following described tract: That part of the North Three- Quarters of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32 North, Range 25 West described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 165 f~eet West of the Northeast corner thereof; then West along said North line a distance of 264 feet; then South at right angles a distance of 165 feet; then East parallel wo the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 264 feet; then North a distance of 165 feet to the point of beginning; subject to the rights of the public over County Road No. 56 except #3200. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the variance request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
