PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />ME. RANDY TRIEMERT <br />17350 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br />On August 27, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Randy <br />Triemert allowing him to construct a residential structure which will <br />encroach on the required setback from St. Francis Blvd. on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The residential structure shall not encroach on the centerline of <br /> St. Francis Boulevard by more than 17 feet. <br /> <br />2.
