PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />A.J. PAILENT COMPAN~f <br />15825 JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE N.W. <br /> RAMS EY, MN <br /> <br />On August 27, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.076.24 of the Ramsey City Code to A.J. Parent Company allowing <br />them to construct a residential structure which will encroach on the <br />required setback from the Rum River on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Reilley Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (subject to easements of record as shown on plat and <br />scenic easement to the City of Ramsey in Anoka County filed <br />September 14, 1978). <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The residential structure shall not encroach on the Rum River <br /> by more than 47 feet. <br /> <br />2. No commercial or industrial activity shall be permitted on the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />3. No clear cutting or removal of vegetation shall be permitted which <br /> may encourage erosion of the shoreline. <br /> <br />A.J.
