D <br /> ILAH$ EY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Ronald <br />Fischl to construct a detached accessory structure, an above-ground <br />swimming pool, which will encroach on the required setback from St. Francis <br />Boulevard on the property generally known as 15850 St. Francis Boulevard <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 450 feet of the North 516 feet of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying West of the centerline of State Trunk Highway <br />47. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The above-ground swimming pool shall not encroach by more than 25 <br />feet on the required setback from the centerline of St. Francis <br />B oul ev ard. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Fischl hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Fischl <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> ) SS. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br /> On this __ day of . ., 1987, before me a Notary Public, <br />personally appeared Mr. Ronal~ Fischl, to me known to be the person' <br />described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged <br />that he executed the same as his free act and deed. <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
