D <br /> ILAH$ EY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Ronald <br />Fischl to construct a detached accessory structure, an above-ground <br />swimming pool, which will encroach on the required setback from St. Francis <br />Boulevard on the property generally known as 15850 St. Francis Boulevard <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 450 feet of the North 516 feet of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying West of the centerline of State Trunk Highway <br />47. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code.
