NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, <br />1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Marshall Pearson of Regency Homes Inc. for a variance from <br />Section 170.076.24 of the City Code to construct a residence <br />which will encroach on the required setback from the Rum <br />River. <br /> <br /> The subject property is generally known as 15855 Juniper <br />Ridge Drive N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Reilly Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (subject to a scenic easement to the City of <br />P~amsey and Anoka County filed September 14, 1978 and subject <br />to a road easement to the City of Ramsey across the South 33 <br />feet filed September 14, 1978). <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
