RICHARD DEEHER OF RIVERSBEND ASSOCIATES PAETNERSHI? <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Dreher of Riversbend Associates Partnership is proposing to <br />construct an identification sign for the strip shopping center at 14051 St. <br />Francis Boulevard N.W. The sign will be a pylon sign, approximately 33 <br />feet high and approximately 185 square feet in size. Section 170.05 <br />permits a maximum size of 100 square feet for identification signs in <br />commercial areas. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Application information <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br />e) Proposed sign plan <br />f) Proposed findings of fact <br />g) Proposed variance <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Mr. Dreher has stated that the sign will be used to advertise all the <br />tenants in the shopping center rather than just one business.
