Street Address: 14051 St. Francis Blvd N.W. <br /> <br />Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 1, River's Bend <br /> Plaza <br /> <br />Owner's Name, Address'and Phone: <br /> Riversbend Associates Partnership <br /> c/o Dreher & Associates, Inc. <br /> Suite 126 <br /> 5275 Edina Industrial Blvd <br /> Edina, MN 55435 <br /> (612) 835-3844 <br /> <br />4. Zoning District: PUD Zoning District <br /> <br />5. Description of Request: <br /> <br /> At present Ramse¥ has a 100 square foot maximum on pylon <br />sign~ for shopping centers. We are requesting a variance to <br />accommodate a sign which is presently designed and includes <br />182 s.f. Most communities allow two signs of 200 s.f. for a <br />shopping center which is on a major arterial street. It is <br />our feeling that because we will be at the intersection of <br />two major roads (MN 47 and the road across the new bridge), <br />because of the speeds being travelled on MN 47, because of <br />our setback from the street and because we are only building <br />one sign we should be allowed relief from the 100 s.f. <br />restriction. <br /> <br /> <br />
