NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, <br />1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Richard Dreher of Riversbend Associates Partnership for a <br />variance from Section 170.05 of the City Code to exceed the <br />maximum permitted size for identification signs in commercial <br />areas. <br /> <br /> The subject property is generally known as 14051 St. Francis <br />Boulevard N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, River's Bend Plaza, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
