RONALD FISCHL <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Fischl is requesting a variance to construct an above-ground swimming <br />pool in the front yard at his home at 15850 St. Francis Blvd. N.Wo The <br />contractor began construction on the swimming pool without obtaining a <br />building permit and the Building Official stopped construction on the <br />project. The pool is located approximately 85 feet from St. Francis Blvd. <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the City Code require structures to be <br />set back at least 110 feet from the centerline of major thoroughfares.
